This was also the case with Michel - it was not until he was 2 years and 8 months old that it was discovered that Michel was born with a Tetralogy of Fallot. Now the parents could explain why Michel developed differently from his twin brother. The cardiologist, Dr. Cabral Tantchou, advised surgical correction of the heart defect.

As a chauffeur, the father can provide well for the family. Of course, the costs of the operation, which amount to about five average annual salaries, cannot be paid.
